Hello my name is Tiffany, I am the owner of MåLore LLC.

I have GAD, General Anxiety Disorder.

For years, I "suffered in silence", foolishly believing that I would be labeled and fall victim to the statistical rhetoric.

With the development of MåLore and through my journey to greater balance and health, I am now speaking about my anxiety in hopes of helping others.  

​

I have researched and found great coping skills  to minimize my attacks.  In addition to lighting a candle to fill my space with the warmth of familiar fragrances, the most therapeutic and beneficial skill for me, has been journaling. 

 

Scientific evidence supports that journaling is a powerful life tool that provides positive mental health benefits.  These are just a few:

  • Clarify your thoughts and feelings

  • Know yourself better

  • Reduce Stress

  • Solve problems more effectively

  • Resolve disagreements with others
